Our flexible machining capabilities can accommodate components up to 59.05" (1500mm) in length, 51.81" (1300mm) in width, and 39.37" (1000mm) in height, while maintaining tolerances of ±0.0005". Whether low or high volume production runs, Aljo Gefa milling can perform a wide variety of operations, from simple slot and keyway cutting, planing, or drilling to complex contouring or pocketing. Our pallet cell system offers up to 40 pallets per machine, and we work with a wide array of materials, from steels, alloys, and exotics, to plastics such as ABS, PTFE, and Delrin. Secondary services include assembly, anodizing, passivating, plating, grinding, and heat-treating. The Aljo Gefa facility is ISO9001:2008 certified; we take quality seriously and provide value added products and services that meet a variety of industry standards.
