Precision CNC Turning Services

CNC Lathe Aljo-Gefa Precision Manufacturing LLC.'s CNC turning services utilize state of the art CNC horizontal turning centers, featuring live tooling, and CAM programming. Our lathes have spindle capacities up to 15" and produce high-quality parts with tolerances to ±0.0003". Customers in the aerospace defense and electronics industries come to Aljo Gefa for shafts, castings, forgings, spindles, pins, tubes or rings used in aircraft and helicopter components as well as electronic chassis assemblies. Working with steels, alloys, and exotics, we also handle a wide array of plastics on our three-jaw chuck lathes.

We also provide contour, form, taper, and straight turning, as well as threading, knurling, and boring. A specialty production shop, geared for low volume to long runs, we also provide ancillary services such as general mechanical assembly and the pressing and swaging of bearings. Our inspection capabilities feature two gantry CMMs with the ability to create custom inspection programs. Finishing services such as anodizing, plating, passivation, and heat treating are also available.
